Hemic and Lymphatic Diseases
For information on normal blood and bone marrow, and many different blood disorders - an extensive collection of links from the 'Karolinska Institutet' in Sweden.

UK Myeloma Forum
Organisation of clinicians and scientists involved in the diagnosis and clinical management of myeloma patients, and in research into myeloma and plasma-cell biology.

Leukaemia Research Fund
The LRF is a UK charity dedicated to improving treatments, finding cures and investigating the causes and prevention of cancers of the blood and related conditions, in children and adults.

Aplastic Anaemia Trust
The Aplastic Anaemia Trust was set up in 1985 to support sufferers of aplastic anaemia and allied bone marrow disorders. It is a registered charity active in fund-raising for research, and has a support group for sufferers of AA and MDS.

MSc Course in Haematopathology
The University of York, in conjunction with HMDS are planning to run a new distance-learning MSc course in Haematopathology, starting in October 2007.

British Committee for Standards in Haematology
The BCSH was set up by British Society for Haematology to write guidelines in laboratory and clinical haematology to support and inform practicing haematologists in their day to day work.

British Society for Blood & Marrow Transplantation
The BSBMT is an organisation for those with a professional interest in stem cell transplantation (SCT), including clinical collaboration and the development of SCT clinical trials.

British Society for Haematology
The BSH aims to advance the practice and study of haematology and to facilitate contact between persons interested in haematology. It promotes these objectives by holding scientific meetings, publishing guidelines from the BCSH and also publishes a journal - the British Journal of Haematology.
