| Immunofluorescent staining of PML protein using an anti-PML monoclonal antibody PG-M3 in a bone marrow smear (Falini et al. Normal cells show PML protein located in discrete spots within the nucleus whereas APML cells show a characteristic nuclear microparticulate pattern of PML protein caused by the t(15;17) which results in the PML-RARα fusion protein. |
