| Interphase FISH on a bone marrow smear using Vysis t(14;18) probe set. Two red-green fusion signals confirms the presence of the t(14;18) with residual normal chromosome 18 identified by the single red signal and normal chromosome 14 identified by a single green signal. (IgH is green and BCL-2 is red). Eosinophilia is commonly seen and the granules may obscure the FISH signals. |
